Welcome to Gravity Theory MTB Academy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, training programs, and related content. By accessing or using our site and enrolling in our academy, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. General

Gravity Theory MTB Academy ("we", "our", or "us") offers coaching, courses, events, and information related to mountain biking. All users ("you", "your") must read and accept these Terms before using our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • You are physically fit and medically able to participate in strenuous outdoor activities.

  • You agree to ride responsibly and follow all safety protocols provided by our coaches.

3. Risk Acknowledgment and Waiver

Mountain biking is an inherently dangerous sport. By participating in any Gravity Theory MTB Academy activities, you acknowledge the risks involved, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment failure, and environmental hazards.

You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release and hold harmless Gravity Theory MTB Academy, its staff, partners, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage.

A signed waiver may be required prior to participation.

4. Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or official contact channels.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may result in a forfeiture of fees.

  • Refunds: Refunds may be issued under certain circumstances, at our discretion. In case of weather-related rescheduling, we will offer alternative dates.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

  • Wear appropriate safety gear at all times (helmet, pads, etc.).

  • Follow instructor directions and trail rules.

  • Refrain from reckless behavior or endangering others.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the session without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials, is the property of Gravity Theory MTB Academy or its content creators. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during registration or through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link to your Privacy Policy page).

8. Third-Party Links
