3. Risk Acknowledgment and Waiver
Mountain biking is an inherently dangerous sport. By participating in any Gravity Theory MTB Academy activities, you acknowledge the risks involved, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment failure, and environmental hazards.
You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release and hold harmless Gravity Theory MTB Academy, its staff, partners, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage.
A signed waiver may be required prior to participation.
4. Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds

Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or official contact channels.

Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may result in a forfeiture of fees.

Refunds: Refunds may be issued under certain circumstances, at our discretion. In case of weather-related rescheduling, we will offer alternative dates.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants must:

Wear appropriate safety gear at all times (helmet, pads, etc.).

Follow instructor directions and trail rules.

Refrain from reckless behavior or endangering others.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the session without a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials, is the property of Gravity Theory MTB Academy or its content creators. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
