Packing List

Bike Gear:

  • Mountain bike (well-maintained, appropriate size)

  • Helmet (properly fitted)

  • Gloves (for grip and protection)

  • Water bottle or hydration pack

 

Clothing:

  • Comfortable, breathable clothes (e.g., moisture-wicking t-shirt and shorts/pants)

  • Sturdy closed-toe shoes (bike shoes or sneakers)

  • Lightweight jacket or windbreaker (weather always changes!)

  • Sunglasses or clear protective glasses

Safety & Protection:

  • Knee pads and elbow pads (recommended but not mandatory)

  • Sunscreen (applied before and bring for reapplication)

  • Small backpack or fanny pack

  • Snack AND lunch (nutritious, easy to eat)

  • Emergency contact info (for parents/guardians)

Optional Extras:

  • Small bike tool kit or multi-tool

  • Tube that fits Rider’s bike
