Bike Gear:

Mountain bike (well-maintained, appropriate size)

Helmet (properly fitted)

Gloves (for grip and protection)

Water bottle or hydration pack
Clothing:

Comfortable, breathable clothes (e.g., moisture-wicking t-shirt and shorts/pants)

Sturdy closed-toe shoes (bike shoes or sneakers)

Lightweight jacket or windbreaker (weather always changes!)

Sunglasses or clear protective glasses

Knee pads and elbow pads (recommended but not mandatory)

Sunscreen (applied before and bring for reapplication)

Snack AND lunch (nutritious, easy to eat)
